Ropes VS. Running

We use the ropes as a method of conditioning, power endurance, mental toughness, grip strength endurance and overall conditioning.

I would use ropes over distance running any day of the week.

University of Louisville’s Football Strength Crew experiences the Battling Ropes for the first time below.
