<p><strong>Our Football players are injured on a regular basis from their Coaches requiring them to &#8220;Max Out&#8221; every month on movements that young athletes are NOT ready or even beneficial for them to max out on. The majority of these Football Coaches need to get a Clue!! They are hurting young athletes and ruining their chances of success.</strong></p>

<p>We get results the old fashioned way integrated with results driven strength, speed and conditioning methods. Check out Dillon, after training with <strong>Coach Riz.</strong> The kid weighs 170 lbs and deadlifts over 500 lbs, climbs the beam and ropes with an added 20 lbs of swinging chains.</p>
