Russ Benner, a wrestler from Roselle Park, NJ pinned his way to a district title in under 4 minutes total over the course of 3 matches.
Pretty damn impressive, BUT, I am not shocked, because I have seen all the gut busting effort this BadAss has put forth for close to a year at The Underground.

Time goes fast for these high school kids. I remember getting my drivers license like it was yesterday, except, it was almost 17 years ago!!! OUCH!
The athletes of The Underground Strength Gym in Edison, NJ are training like animals and prepping for upcoming winter sports seasons.
