For The Rutgers Wrestling Wrecking Crew.
Due to RU Camps the next 2 weeks, your schedule is as follows:
- Must attend 2 workouts each week minimum
- Choose a time and arrive ON time, on the hour
- Hours are: Monday – Thursday 4 – 7 PM, Friday 3 – 6 PM
You will train WITH the group at that time following the workout listed on the board.

PS: For the wrestlers who slack off in the summer and don’t do anything EXTRA (I am still confused that I have to call workouts “Extra Training” – I thought working out was “normal” – Guess I’m NOT normal)
Last Friday I had plans to train a few Rutgers Wrestlers and a few South Plainfield Wrestlers at Shore Thing Wrestling Club. We were locked out and I saw these guys were disappointed, little did they know I can make a workout happen ANYWHERE.
I went on my blackberry and googled the local elementary schools. Plugged the address into my navigation and off we went to the playground.
It was one of the most Kick Ass Workouts I ever put wrestlers through, and, the 4 wrestlers in the workout were straight up Animals. Here’s a small look of what happens when you train with us…..

As you know, there are wrestlers who ONLY wrestle and some of them become VERY successful. We then have wrestlers who supplement their wrestling with training, and those who follow a specific protocol of training become DEADLY wrestlers.
We have space available at Underground Strength at Shore Thing Wrestling Club.
You can TALK about winning a state title of you can actually DO something about it.

Due to the holiday and many still on vacation we are limiting the gym schedule for Monday, July 5th
The sessions will be the 10 AM morning crew and a 4 PM for an afternoon crew.
Tuesday we are back on track!
