Check out some of our Football players gettin’ nasty and aggressive while prepping for their upcoming Football Season 6 months away!
Why do Football players in NJ always talk about “working out in the summer”?
Does that mean they take 7 months off from working out when the season ends?
SERIOUS athletes train year round, PERIOD.
Where’s ALL the speed and agility training?
We can’t spend time teaching speed to weak kids. A strong football player will be explosive and fast as hell.
We train for speed, strength and conditioning day in and day out.
Are you a serious Football player from NJ? Are you busy running through ladders and cones when you should be getting stronger and more explosive?

PS: If you’re a SERIOUS and highly motivated Football player in NJ, contact us and we’ll set up a trial workout to see if you’re a good fit for the program. As you can see from our videos, this training is simply too hard for most Football players.

Bishop Ahr Baseball players and a Bishop Ahr wrestler go through some bodyweight training and conditioning at The Underground Strength Gym in Edison, NJ.
Check it out below….
Even during the In Season our athletes train at least once a week.
Why would a serious athlete stop eating healthy when their season begins?
It’s the same difference: if something is important, you do it YEAR round.
Our programs are modified in season, post season as well as pre season.
How serious are YOU?

A Dad just e mailed me about his son, TJ Miller, a freshman from Camden Catholic who recently placed 3rd in the NJ State Wrestling Championships.
He picked up a copy of the http://UndergroundStrengthKit.com and helped train his son.
3rd in the state, for a Freshman nonetheless, is BadAss!
Look at TJ Miller from Camden Catholic TOSS his opponent to secure the WIN!
Congrats!
The results are self explanatory, but imagine what would could happen if YOU trained at OUR Gym in Edison, NJ.
One way or another, find a way to do the work!

Check out this video of a state champ from Georgia, who is a Judoka athlete as well.
I have been telling our wrestlers since Day 1 to step away from wrestling for at least 3 months and take up JUDO.
Now you can see why, watch the video below:
Notice his shocking strength (shocking to his opponents), his ability to lift & throw opponents at ease, his amazing body kinesthesis and his confusing style.
He even hits a flying arm bar and transitions into a take down.
One of our clients, David Ellis, is a Black Belt Judoka at Cranford Judo Club.
One of the best wrestlers to ever emerge from NJ, and one of the best in the world, Steve Mocco was a JUDO faithful and also trained at Cranford JUDO Club.
Below is David Ellis in training, enjoy the video!

Above, Rutgers Wrestlers after a brutal Underground Workout in Good Ol’ Edison, NJ.
As you can tell, these 3 Beasts have multiple personalities but they have ONE trait in common, and that’s the Know How for Training Like Gladiators!
With Coach Scott Goodale and an awesome support staff of Coaches, the Rutgers University Wrestling Team is becoming a powerhouse.
Looks like more and more Jersey Wrestlers will be staying home to represent!
Rutgers Wrestling Team is currently ranked No. 22 in the Nation! NICE!
